Asa Sr. HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role inproviding comprehensive HR support to our Business. You will be responsible for managing variousHR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talentacquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulationswill ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives.Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop andimplement HR programs that support our business objectives.You will report directly to our HR Director andyou'll work out of our Tokyo, Japan location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by drivingemployee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting thedevelopment and retention of our talented workforce.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, includinghandling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting,performance reviews, and development plans
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talentfor the organization
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirement
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support businessobjectives
  • Provide guidance and support to BusinessManagers on HR practices and regulations
  • You are required to visit tothe site at least one time a month
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Japan.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of performance management processes.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese.
