Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years with Design for Excellence (DfX) and developing scalable/repeatable design packages, standards, and processes for global deployment.
5 years of experience managing security technology projects, covering the full lifecycle from evaluation to design and execution.
5 years of experience in the physical security systems or a related mission-critical facility field.
5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM).
Experience in Program Management across cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to drive alignment and project outcomes across stakeholders
Experience successfully working with technical and non-technical teams to translate business and operational needs into technical security design requirements.
Ability to lead and resolve technical design conflicts as the key technical liaison between core security teams and product development teams.
