Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related fieldexperienceworking in product or service design

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field ANDyears experienceworking in product or service design

• OR equivalent experience (e.g.,demonstratedexperience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)

to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end creation of user-centered designs by incorporating user research insights, developing designconcepts

• Experience Vision:Establishand maintain a clear experience vision aligned with user needs, businessobjectives, and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

• UX Storytelling:

• Design Consistency: Champion the adoption of design systems and standards to ensure consistency, cohesion, and brand alignment across products and experiences.
