As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Securities Services Product Development – Fund Accounting team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work closely with technology, operations, product, and sometimes clients to develop strategic products for the business. You will play a key role in requirement gathering and analysis, contributing to the development of market-leading products that enhance client satisfaction and support sustainable business growth.
Job responsibilities
- Partner closely with Securities Services teams, clients, and internal business partners to support and grow our product offerings.
- Engage in the design and implementation of Fund Accounting Product Development strategic roadmap.
- Provide project management of various new and ongoing projects, including the identification, analysis, and solutions required.
- Communicate progress of the projects to senior stakeholders in the organization and to keep team members and leadership apprised of progress, challenges, and escalations as required.
- Facilitate the delivery of robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet clients’ needs.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current operational models and associated priorities for change and strategic planning.
- Build a working relationship with the business and other stakeholders across multiple lines of business, providing thought leadership, developing options, and recommendations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product development or a relevant domain area
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate complex issues and other input into actions.
- Program management experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong execution skills, strategic thinking, and accountability to drive and implement development.
- Strong independent contributor comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments.
- Strong written and presentation skills, and willing to constructively challenge where required and work collaboratively with partners.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio and Project.
- Client-facing experience is an asset.
- Experience working with technology and operations teams.
