- Lead the design and development of new processes, equipment, process-flows, Infrastructure across all processpaths with AMZL
- Optimize existing processes/equipment and program manage the expansion of new processes/equipment from concept to deployment

A day in the life
Your day could include engagement with all levels of the organization and multiple stakeholder groups to drive short, mid and long term decisions that have impact on a large scale across the AMZL network. You would also be working with partners from Operations, Process Improvement, Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to design and deploy new equipment and processes for the multiple process paths in AMZL Delivery Stations. We’re looking to add a high-impact engineer to our team in Europe / United Kingdom. In this role, you will partner with internal and external teams to design high quality, cost effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems. You will own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval. You will be our suppliers’ primary point of technical contact for your projects. Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field and at least five years experience in the Material Handling Intralogistics industry.
