Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans.
•Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

•Integrating performance metrics with compensation plans to align executive incentives with organizational goals and assist in evaluating executive performance to determine appropriate compensation adjustments.

NoEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
