7+ years experience or equivalent in Strategy, Strategic Ops, Management consultancy or other strategic roles that define customer experiences.
5+ years Leadership experience with proven ability to develop high performing teams by cultivating a ownership mindset and pro activeness in problem solving.
Proven leadership in conceptualizing and launching complex global programs/projects.
Deep analytical experience to drive development of key performance metrics that inform business decisions.
Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for commercial enablement to enhance revenue, increased attach rates, and engagement —driving business growth through strategic insights.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity to be easily internalized for a broad range of audiences. Leverages data to drive recommendations, decision, and storytelling that resonates with internal audiences and leadership.
Highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships. Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations to leadership.
