- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience constructing data centers, semiconductors, industrial, automotive, power, nuclear, or other 24/7 mission-critical facilities.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls or quality engineering.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Six Sigma Blackbelt, Auditor Certifications,CSQP, CQE, CQM, CRE, CQA, CCP, CBCP, QCxP, Certified Commissioning, CxA, and PMI-CP.
- 4 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills and leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Experience managing construction projects/product life cycles (e.g., process developments, implementation, and improvement).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure design, bid, build, and deployment of Data Centers or other mission-critical operations. Infrastructure Standards applied to Mission Critical Operations (e.g., ANSI, ASME, APQP, NFPA/NEC, UL, etc.).
- Ability to travel as necessary up to 50% of the time.
