• Beyond operational duties, the role is expected to demonstrate strong leadership tocontinuously bring enhancement in our processes through innovation and provide support to ourbusiness partners.
• Lead the month-end close of various accounting processes namely revenue validatingaccruals, reviewing account reconciliations, journal entries, reserve models, andconducting fluctuation analyses
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, SOX controls and documentation
• Work directly with our internal and external audit team to support the audit by providingsupporting audit schedules, evidence, and process overviews
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate revenueaccounting processes including reconciliation of data, reporting, and analysis
• Manage and prepare schedules to support monthly reviews, quarterly audit, 10Q and10K reporting process
• Collaborate cross functionally with various Finance functions including Sales Operationsand Finance & Strategy teams
• Lead a diverse team at various levels and across various locations to accomplish tasksaccurately and within specified deadlines
• Help build and develop the team and mentor, educate, and review the work of other
• supporting members of the accounting team
• Drive special projects through to completion

• 6+ years of total experience in accounting and public accounting (ideal candidate willhave public accounting and corporate experience
• CPA (or local equivalent)
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
• Prior management experience within an accounting role
• Experience with Oracle, Workday Financial or other large ERP system required
• Strong understanding of US GAAP especially with ASC606 Revenue fromcontracts with customers
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence, interact, and partner with cross-

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
