Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in working with advertisers, agencies or clients, and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics across all digital advertising products.
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
Ability to assess and solve customer needs by sales techniques, including questioning, managing objections and engaging promotions.
Ability to exhibit thought leadership and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
