Your day to day:
Define and alignTax
coordination, and execution
Create and implement a robust and strategictaxtransformation and execution plan.
Support the development of implementation plans for achievement ofTaxstrategy including processes, technology, and talent as well as provide the end-to-end view of implications and dependencies.
Support treasury transformation activities including current state and future state process maps and. End to end integration across finance functions.
Taxbusiness process&technology
identifyareas of improvement, research best practices and offer guidance and recommendations for process changes and potential solutions.
Utilize a data-driven approach todemonstratethe current system capabilities and easily aggregate and analyze complex information into a concise, clear summary for your audience
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple projects, and focus efforts on key priorities
What do you need to bring:
Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience inTaxorFinance transformationrelated roles.
Experience in a global and matrixed organization.
Experience with large, multi-year transformation projects including operating model, process,business caseand technology-enabled transformations.
Strong project management skillset, including project scoping and planning, structure thinking, and risk identification & resolution.

Demonstrate agile thinking by easily shiftingbetween business-focused conversations with a financial leader to a technology-focused conversation with a technology team
Team oriented individual and self-starter who excels at learning new processes and business functions
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills with a strong ability to clearly communicate via PowerPoint documents and present information to all levels of management
