Drive Sales Growth:
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful conversion, focusing on strategic retail targets.
Account Expansion: Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives with existing key businesses to maximize their potential on the Uber Eats platform.
Sales Expertise: 5+ years' proven experience in a sales, commercial, or business development role, preferably within the retail or grocery sector.
Proven Track Record: A history of consistently exceeding sales targets within a matrix organization.
Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of commercial strategies and market dynamics.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, from planning to execution.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English . Additional European languages are a plus.
CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and reporting.
Market Knowledge (EMEA retail landscape) and Industry Network (established network within grocery and retail sectors) are a plus.
