Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical sourcing and supply chain management.
- 5 years of experience in leading teams as a people manager through multi-year organizational transformation within the technology industry.
- Experience in IM, metal CNC, hinge, die-casting, MIM, forging, glass, painting, plating, stamping and die-cuts commodity management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA.
- 15 years of experience in global supply chain management.
- Experience in leading teams as a people manager through multi-year organizational transformation within the technology industry.
- Experience with both manufacturing and supply chain processes, leading strategy development, and sourcing or a related function.
- Excellent analysis and presentation skills.
