Responsibilities- Assist the team in planning and organizing a range of events and sponsorships that align with the company’s goals.
- Support, orchestrate, and flawlessly execute an array of events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management and on-site coordination.
- Play a hands-on role in pre-, during, and post-event social media activities, helping to capture content, coordinate posts, and engage with audiences without reliance on the core social media team.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft and execute strategies to achieve event objectives.
- Analyze post-event feedback and metrics to continuously improve.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices to enhance the quality and innovation of events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling presentations tailored to the target audience.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster relationships while contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, representing the company positively.
