- 15 years of experience working with code, networking, and operating systems.
- 10 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience scaling an organization across multiple sites, mentoring and developing managers.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Experience leading developer framework or developer tools engineering teams across multiple locations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, other relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in observability or equivalent.
- 15 years of experience with databases (specialization in time series DBs), observability, and reliability engineering.
- 15 years of experience leading and implementing engineering projects at an executive level within multinational organizations.
- Experience successfully producing software products and large-scale distributed systems.
- Passion for delivering high quality infrastructure and show a complete sense of ownership for delivery of the infrastructure product.
