Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing & qualifying, interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Work closely with functional/business leaders and line managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria
  • Provide consultative and operational support to functional/business leaders and line managers on recruitment related activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Provide support and participate in other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives and HR projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business and other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, either from recruitment agency or in-house recruitment in China. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer or Officer levels
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a must
  • Recruitment experience in technical positions, such as Research & Development, Design Engineering roles in Automotive, Industrial Automation and Artificial Intelligence would be preferred
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping/tooling, machining, plastics injection, plating and powder metallurgy, would be a plus
  • Creative, result-oriented, logical, proactive team player, able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Exposure in identifying and attracting overseas Asia talent is preferred
  • Good communication skill, able to work with different level of stakeholders, including internal hiring managers and external vendors
  • Fluent English and native Mandarin
