Responsible for end to end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing & qualifying, interviewing and offer negotiation
Work closely with functional/business leaders and line managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria
Provide consultative and operational support to functional/business leaders and line managers on recruitment related activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
Provide support and participate in other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives and HR projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business and other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, either from recruitment agency or in-house recruitment in China. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer or Officer levels
Manufacturing industry experience is a must
Recruitment experience in technical positions, such as Research & Development, Design Engineering roles in Automotive, Industrial Automation and Artificial Intelligence would be preferred
Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping/tooling, machining, plastics injection, plating and powder metallurgy, would be a plus
Creative, result-oriented, logical, proactive team player, able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
Exposure in identifying and attracting overseas Asia talent is preferred
Good communication skill, able to work with different level of stakeholders, including internal hiring managers and external vendors
