What You’ll Do
  • Technical Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate project resources, tasks, and dependencies effectively
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery and outcomes
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures in alignment with organizational guidelines and financial constraints. Monitor resource allocation and utilization to optimize project efficiency
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams. Ensure technical solutions meet project requirements, quality standards, and design specifications
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide updates
  • A Technical Project Manager (TPM) specializes in managing technically complex projects, bridging the gap between engineering teams and business goals, and often involves deep technical knowledge to address challenges and drive technical innovation
What You’ll Bring
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
  • Degree in AV design, integration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of AV Integration or systems engineering including practices and sequence of work
  • In-depth knowledge of AV Integration installations, and wiring configurations
  • Ability to manage and perform field integration activities and labor
  • Basic knowledge of commercial electrical systems, IT systems and basic networking
  • Ability to manage multiple budgets and schedules
