- Innovative Development : Plan and develop new user-facing products and features, building robust and scalable software components and services.
- Leadership Prowess : Proven experience as a R&D Director, with over 7 years of managing individuals, teams, and projects.
- Problem-Solving Attitude : Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a proactive "I can move a mountain" approach.
- Technical Expertise : Over 10 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack developer, including proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, CSS, and React.
- Lifecycle Mastery : Deep understanding of web application development lifecycle and best practices.
- Framework Creator : Experience in creating frameworks and APIs is an advantage.
