This role goes beyond a single transformation, it is about orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of AppsFlyer. You will lead large-scale execution efforts, scale collaboration across R&D, Product, and GTM, and drive alignment on high-impact programs. You will also mentor and coach R&D and Product leaders, ensuring they adopt best-in-class program management practices to scale our efforts successfully.

What you’ll do

  1. Be a part of the unit leadership and facilitate PR&D strategy and methodologies definition
  2. Lead (hands on) complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your program management expertise
  3. Be part of AppsFlyer program management guild aim to shape and align our software delivery processes
  4. Define and implement the unit metrics and KPIs
  5. Coach our teams for excellence using agile methodologies and make sure they know that they are on track
  6. Facilitate the unit quarterly planning and QPR processes

What you have

  • Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
  • 3+ years of program management experience within an engineering and product environment on SaaS products
  • Experience in leading large-scale projects and working through a complete product cycle (from initial design through post-release sustainment) in large scale organizations (~500 R&D and Product)
  • Deep understanding of Agile, program management methodologies, JIRA, and the Atlassian stack.
  • Demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically, i nfluencing change across a complex organization
  • Mentoring and coaching skills
  • Can embrace change, effectively handle ambiguity and help others understand and cope with changes
