What You’ll Do:

• Lead a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

• Own a critical domain essential to Yotpo Email’s success.

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality features.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and other development teams.

• Mentor engineers in their day-to-day work and professional growth.

• Take an active role in the group leadership, driving broad initiatives and contributing to strategic decisions.

Your Experience:

• 5-7 years in software development, including 2-4 years as an R&D Team Leader.

• Strong backend and frontend development skills.

• Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.

• Background in quality assurance and automation.

Advantage:

• Experience with React, Angular.

• Experience with Java Spring Boot & AWS.

• Experience building high-scale, cross-team solutions.
