Apply now for the position of, you will be responsible to develop LS business in the South of Vietnam market.
- You will be responsible for overall target to meet business volume in orders, revenue, EBIT and cashflow for assigned accounts.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of financial targets, orders & revenue of assigned customers.
- You will be responsible in handling tender/procurement stage- work with commercial/legal teams on terms and conditions.
- You will be responsible to maintain and expand market share in current accounts: Coordinate with other stakeholder (Business partners, internal department: service, marketing, logistics…). Closely work with customer’ department (Lab, BOD, purchasing department).
- You will be responsible to prepare business plan, lead penetration strategy and follow- up the plan (ensure good supplies, promote instrument to market, closely follow up reagent consumption and make sure that meets the target. Expand assays menu. Maintain and build relationship with KOLs. Being updated of competitor’ activities. Closely follow up new opportunities and keep increasing Siemens’ probability winning.
- You will be responsible for new business opportunities: Manage funnel of opportunities and keep update regularly. Ensure effective, quality and accurate opportunity pipeline. Responsible for accuracy of forecast order, revenue/EBIT in monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Collaborate with business partner for each opportunity and handle conflict if any. Generating proposal, prepare the sales quotation and plan customer meeting. Prepare business plan and lead internal and external resource to implement the plan. You will be responsible to manage the opportunities and choose the right Business partner to ensure that wining rate of Siemens is highest in the territory.
- You will be responsible for market transparency : Update and input LIS and IB in the assigned territories regularly, make sure that cover all assigned territories by CRM Excellence program.
- You will be responsible for leadership: Coordinate and coaching BP’ sales staff. Control business partner’ performance and team’ performance at customer sites as well as coordinate with them to make improvement if necessary. Responsible for all sales’ activities via dealer network. Collaborate with marketing and marcom in marketing activities.
- You have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare domain (Preferably LS/Diagnostics)
