What you'll do
As a Scrum Master you will have following tasks and responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and sprint retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles and blockers for the development team, fostering a culture of self-organization and high performance.
- Collaborate with release train engineer, product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- Lead and coach the organization in its Agile adoption and transformation journey.
- Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions within the teams and throughout the ART.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Understanding and/or relevant experience of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- SAFe certification, agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)) are a plus.
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Servant leadership approach, with a focus on enabling and empowering teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking to learn and grow.
- SAP Application or technical knowledge or programming skills in ABAP (BRIM, SD, ...) is an advantage.
