THE ROLE

As a working student, you would support an IT team in the role of a scrum master, with following tasks:

• Support the Scrum Master in organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Assist in maintaining Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burn-down charts).
• Help identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Monitor team progress and contribute to reporting KPIs and team velocity.
• Promote Agile principles and coach team members on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Desired skills are:

• Student at a university in Information technology, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principle
• First experience with project management or agile practices (university project, internship, or student job/Prior experience) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the English language
• Ability to work in an international, virtual team
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Familiarity to JIRA tool is a major asset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
