In this role you will identify new improvement opportunities, define business and technical requirements, and partner with software engineering teams to develop, test, & complete plans. You will lead design & development efforts by conveying a vision to the team, outlining requirements in a product backlog, and prioritize it based on business value. This position requires you to perform traditional Product Owner responsibilities in a Scrum team, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria. You will dive deep into the data, becoming a subject matter expert in our key performance indicators. You will develop a solid understanding of the team’s existing technical implementations and operational processes, and use that knowledge combined with data-driven insights to build informed requirements for new customer-facing features, product enhancements, and improvements.
