You should possess a comprehensive understanding of wireless technologies and have direct practical experience demonstrating domain expertise in one of the wireless connectivity technologies, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (classic BT/BLE), Thread/Matter. You'll have a deep theoretical knowledge of wireless protocols, hands-on experience in consistently validating one of these wireless technologies and good tooling and automation expertise in wireless performance evaluation.Responsibilities Include: - Reviewing design and product requirements, translating them into test plans, automating the tests, building wireless radiated lab setups that simulate different system conditions- Evaluating the performance of wireless technologies for specific products and demonstrating the user benefits of the technology- Performing comprehensive measurements and analyses of multi-radio wireless coexistence scenarios- Preparing test reports, dashboards to visualize data, performing risk assessment and failure analysis to aid data driven product decisions- Working closely with cross-functional teams and representing the organization in key leadership forums- Writing high quality automation tools and scripts with minimal supervision or support
