Work closely with the Sales Team and our Value-Added Resellers withinAustralia and New Zealand, providing technical and commercial advice andguidance on LenelS2 solutions
Create LenelS2 solutions for the customer, including ‘out of the box’ solutions
Analyze product development needs
Coach on targeted product value propositions
Tender reviews, spec-in and bid support
Present technical sales briefings to customers and developand champion best-in-class sales training
Mission-critical system design and engineering (failover, high availability, resilience, system hardening)
Troubleshoot methodologies involving diagnosing, resolving hardware and software malfunctions
Collaborate with security vendors, distributors, value added resellers, service providers, and external resources, analyzing, recommending, installing, and maintaining security software applications
Provide data for sales collateral
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Engineering or Computer Science and/ or equivalent field experience with electronic access control systems, Physical Security Solutions & industry, and/or information technology
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies. Experience with LenelS2 solutions or similarcompetitive solutions.
Solid technical knowledge of integrated security systems and Cloud and Virtualization skills will be a strong plus
Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals and supporting sales teams in large-scale negotiations
Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment
Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
