Act as main point of support to Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, including price negotiations, product applications, submitting of quotes/offers, preparing tenders - daily contact is essential to maintain intimacy with principal customers / partners.
Up-sell based on customer knowledge and technical competence, cross-sell of personal protective equipment.
Order management, rental coordination, inventory planning, product returns, purchasing special parts, transportation issues, invoicing, and site meeting participation.
Act as main point of support to Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, product applications, technical support & Engineering
Supply customer with User Instructions, Technical Information sheets, drawings, specific product advice and sales literature as appropriate (25% of calls require these deliverables)
Key Skills and Qualifications
Education at least with commercial / international business
Vast experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in the Construction industry
ERP knowledge, actual ERP used SAP B1
Customer oriented, problem-solving attitude, able to organise workload independently
