As a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their digital transformation journey by designing and implementing secure, cloud-based endpoint management solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to address modern workplace challenges and protect hybrid environments.

Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Management, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • With your domain expertise you will develop and maintain expert level technical subject matter expertise in Microsoft products and product differentiators including: Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, etc.
  • You will scale Customer Engagements and be a trusted advisor and consultative technical seller with a growth mindset by developing and maintaining expert level delivery, discovery, demo, and whiteboarding skills.
  • You will build the strategy and stay up to date on Microsoft product strengths and the weaknesses of our competition to unblock competitive blockers and win the technical decision for Microsoft.
  • You will be responsible for Solution Design and Proof and will win the technical decision and intent by gaining a deep understanding of a customer’s business and differentiate Microsoft in complex selling environments by sharing insights, reframing the status quo and quantifying business impact that motivates customers to act.
  • You will know when and how to escalate blockers, when to push back on customer objections, and how to unblock technical blockers with the customer.
  • You will scale through Partners and will engage in partner sell-with scenarios by collaborating with partners to carry out technical engagement activities and acting as a source of trusted partner knowledge.
