Description
Understand infrastructure services and offerings: Offerings can be from one or more groups that build the service. This also involves working with the owners of the services, understanding the features, limitations and roadmaps.Executive communications: Exceptionally good with numbers. We do executive communications, every number presented must be well researched, understood and the nuances of it explained in executive reviews as leaders deep dive into the fleet.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ year of experience in delivering infrastructure services or related technical domain
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years in engineering roles (Linux, Database, Storage, Network, SRE) working with technical and business team to understands data center infrastructure from every perspective.
- Solid background of both On-Prem Datacenter and Private Cloud Infrastructure
- Understands the engineering and delivery of physical infrastructure such as bare-metal, storage, networking, space and power as well as virtual infrastructure like virtual instances, cloud, elastic storage, database as a service
- Understands and articulates multi-dimensional facts suited to the audience
- Data analysis using a variety of tools such as Excel, bash, cli, sql, api, code
- Can write code to develop new tools or plumb multiple disparate systems.
- Takes ownership and is tenacious.
