- 4 years of experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
- Experience with program management in a technical product space.

- Experience with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience analyzing data and delivering recommendations for improvement.
- Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).
- Knowledge of technology trends and issues.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
