In this role, you will help enterprises transform how they manage complex network infrastructures through the intelligent automation, predictive insights, and real-time remediation capabilities of the BMC Helix platform.
You'll play a critical role in demonstrating how BMC Helix brings AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents to the forefront of network visibility, fault isolation, and performance optimization.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Partnering with sales teams to identify customer challenges in network performance, availability, and fault management.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements that show how BMC Helix and specifically Netreo:
- Monitors and visualizes end-to-end network topology and health
- Uses AI-driven root cause analysis (RCA) and event correlation to reduce noise and accelerate remediation
- Applies predictive analytics to proactively address network degradation
- Monitors device configurations, compliance auditing and tracking of changes.
- Network path insights, and Role-Based Access & Security
- Lead discovery sessions to map business needs to BMC Helix capabilities, particularly around:
- Network observability
- Service-aware infrastructure monitoring
- Dynamic baselining and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to stay current with platform innovations, particularly in:
- Network Performance Management
- Broader AIOps Capabilities
- BMC Helix GPT (Agentic AI capabilities)
- Support RFP/RFI responses and assist in building customized solution architectures that align with the customer's enterprise network and ITSM stack.
- Support the delivery of hands-on workshops and bootcamps for the enablement and expansion of our GTM partners

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering for enterprise IT operations or network management tools.
- Solid understanding of:
- Network monitoring technologies (SNMP, NetFlow, ICMP, syslog, etc.)
- Fault and performance monitoring
- Service modeling and impact analysis
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as BMC Helix Operations Management, TrueSight, SolarWinds, Cisco DNA, or similar network monitoring tools.
- Experience or familiarity with AIOps, machine learning, and AI agents in IT operations environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Language requirement: fluency in Arabic
Preferred Skills:

• Basic product understanding, system knowledge and processes to assist in selling maintenance renewals.
• Assist customers with any product discrepancies in their install base to include license reconciliations and audits.
• Manage customer requests for contract merges, transfers and license purges.
• Partner with field sales to save any potentially lost maintenance renewal.
• Track contract non-renewal including reasons for cancellation.
• Prepare forecasts of maintenance renewal bookings within a 10% accuracy rate.
• Timely resolution of backlog in assigned territory, track cancellations to ensure accurate processing.

This is a customer facing role that will provide Level 2 technical support for Control-M Workload Automation Software. You will be working directly with experienced system administrators and DBA's both via e-mail and phone.
This is a challenging job for anyone who likes to solve puzzles. An ideal way to describe this role is a "Reverse Forensic System Administrator" - which means you start with a problem and back yourself through the OS to determine the root cause and provide a resolution to the Control-M Automation software.
Key responsibilities include
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional technical support over the phone and email.
- With continued follow up until resolution or ensure proper escalation procedures are followed for unresolved issues.
- Troubleshooting, the use of sophisticated tools, analysis of logs, and coordination of all available resources to resolve issues.
- Work closely with the customer on complex Windows or Linux/Unix system-level problems as well as application layer issues and network communications.
- Build and maintains appropriate test environments.
- May review and approve cases according to the escalation procedure.
- Prepare for and support new products within technical area - may include product install and documentation review.
- Work on customer support related projects as assigned.

- Occasional weekend duties will be required
To be a successful Technical Support Analyst, you’ll need:
