Role and Responsibilities
The European Public Affairs (EPA) Office monitors EU policy & law and carries out a variety of strategic advocacy activities towards the EU institutions.
The role of “Digital Policy Manager” sits within the “Digital” Part of the “Digital & Product” Group and will be responsible for all: AI; IP and Media EU policy.
EPA’s Digital Part is also involved in monitoring and shaping various other ongoing EU policy initiatives related to: privacy; cybersecurity; networks; consumers; safety and competition in relation to the EU’s ongoing digital economy agenda. While your role will be initially focused on AI; IP and Media, you will be expected to remain flexible to assist the Digital Team in other areas within their remit as necessary, particularly in relation to cybersecurity.
Beyond the Digital Part, EPA’s Digital & Product Group also monitors and shapes various ongoing EU initiatives related to: product safety & sustainability. You will be expected to cooperate with this additional part as necessary in relation to your digital focus.
Beyond the Digital & Product Group, EPA also covers: ESG; trade and industrial policy.

Your role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for our entire Healthcare portfolio, including Ultrasound, DR and Healthcare IT solutions.
Your responsibilities
• Fulfilment of targets (sales, margin, price realization, market share, NPS)
• Identifies and builds strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, technical,administrative/economic),key opinion leaders and society board members in all accounts
• Channel Management: Directly managing Distributors to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities in existing and new accounts
• Developing a country/area business plan in line with corporate guidelines and objectives that maximizes potential and opportunity, for the current year and the foreseeable future
• Continuous monitoring of the competition, trends and market landscape and developing strategies to improve sales and increase market share
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends for the optimal operational planning and/or optimal product portfolio decisions.
• Responsible for organizing and executing Marketing events in the BeLux region, including workshops, symposiums, courses, etcetera
• Supporting the creation of Marketing collaterals, including success stories, white papers, use cases and customer testimonials
