Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a key retailer in the Belux Market, ensuring high satisfaction through strategic annual and quarterly business planning.
- Leverage new product launches, manage product life cycles, and seize new business opportunities within the existing channels.
- Negotiate deals and ensure optimal product availability. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish annual agreements.
- Represent Samsung at company and account events to strengthen key account relationships.
People Management
- Develop a local plan in close collaboration with the Account Manager who visits the stores.
- Define targets for the sales team in the stores.
- Provide feedback and guidance to the Account Manager.
Reports & Analysis:
- Generate/Translate comprehensive sales reports (weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) detailing the sales process, status, and forecasts. Your insights will support informed decision-making.
- Analyze turnover data, monitor inventory aging, manage invoices, and gather recent market information to optimize sales strategies and performance.
Marketing/Brand Awareness:
- Propose strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities for new products, aligning with marketing department guidelines.
- Enhance Samsung’s brand presence among customers through effective marketing and brand promotion efforts.
- Ensure accurate and effective implementation of marketing actions, leveraging customer marketing plans for maximum impact.
Internal Communication:
- Maintain seamless communication with the sales team and other departments (credit & collection, supply chain, marketing team, legal, ...).
- Foster a collaborative approach for alignment and efficiency across the organization.
Budget Management:
- Allocate the sales budget effectively according to company guidelines, maximizing return on investment and driving strategic growth.
