How You Make a Difference
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, including large electronic retailers and online platforms. You will build strong client relationships, ensure the execution of strategic business plans, and ensure that the product mix and availability meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to analyze market opportunities and contribute to Samsung’s growth in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key retail and online accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strategic (annual) and tactical (quarterly) business plans to meet sales targets.
  • Handle client meetings, ensure the correct product mix, and maintain product availability according to company guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data, monitor sales processes, and prepare performance reports for each account.
  • Implement marketing actions and discounts aimed at increasing brand awareness and boosting sales.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure funds are spent according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and order processing, to meet customer needs.

What Are Your Assets

We also request:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, with strong communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales reporting and budget management.
  • Affinity with the product market and understanding the impact of marketing actions on sales results.
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
