As a Field Service Engineer II, you will bring key technical and problem-solving skills to the team. You will provide customer-facing, hands-on daily technical support, trouble-shooting, and diagnostics; Install, configure and maintain systems and services; Create or contribute to problem resolution initiatives; and ensure successful operations of customer’s products and systems.
Successful candidates for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; as well as in-depth functional knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products and services. Your experience in repair and maintenance of Robotics/Automation systems, as well as knowledge of PLM, dCS and ISaGRAF programming is a plus.
