What you will do:
- Project Scheduling & Coordination:
- Develop and maintain project schedules for creative teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assign and allocate resources, including designers, copywriters, and production staff.
- Adjust schedules as needed based on project changes or shifting priorities.
- Workflow & Process Management:
- Streamline and manage the creative workflow from project initiation to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative briefs are fully completed with all pertinent details needed to move forward. All assets, specs, dimensions, target audience, location of asset usage, etc. is all listed and accounted for. Every task should be able to be handed off to any other designer and that person can move immediately without asking questions or hunting for more information.
- Monitor progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as the main point of contact between creative teams, marketing, and external vendors.
- Facilitate meetings to review timelines, project expectations, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Resource Management:
- Track team bandwidth and adjust workloads to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate freelance and contract creative support when necessary.
- Maintain project management tools and update schedules accordingly.
- Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Conduct final checks on deliverables before submission.
What we expect:
- 2-5 years in project scheduling, traffic management, or creative operations within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Workfront).
- Communication: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and proactive approach to handling scheduling conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marketing, design, or production teams.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools.
- Understanding of creative and production processes for digital and print media.
