We are looking for a Product Manager to help design, launch, and manage buying programs that make it easier for customers to purchase and consume our products. This role is focused on execution — gathering requirements, building features in partnership with Product Managers and working closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure programs deliver value to both customers and F5.

In the Commercial Models Buying Program team you will be part of a very dynamic and collaborative team that addresses a wide range of opportunities. As a Product Manager (PM), you will lead efforts to craft new and improving existing buying programs (like Flex Consumption, Term Subscription, etc.) and supporting Sales with specific Customer deals. As the Director of Change Enablement, you’ll serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, partnering across F5 to design, develop, and deliver transformational change campaigns that bring our Digital purpose to life: Together, we build a better digital F5.

Core Responsibilities

· Lead Change & Enablement for Transformation Initiatives - Drive enablement strategies for enterprise-scale, mission-critical initiatives aligned to annual Digital and company goals.

· Design and Execute Change Strategies - Apply proven methodologies, lean principles, and design thinking to develop and deliver change plans that enhance understanding, engagement, and adoption.

· Influence and Communicate with Impact - Deliver compelling, story-driven communications and presentations to stakeholders at all levels, driving clarity, alignment, and momentum.

· Define Best Practices and Tools - Establish standardized templates and frameworks for persona-based impact assessments, adoption KPIs, communication, and training plans.

· Build and Lead a High-Performing Team - Coach and mentor Change Enablement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Drive Practice Evolution - Identify and implement enhancements to Digital’s Change Enablement methodologies, tools, and operating rhythms.

· Measure and Report Outcomes - Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess adoption, measure success, and inform future strategies.

· Anticipate and Manage Risks - Apply critical thinking to identify change barriers and define mitigation and recovery plans.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR etc.) and their application to business transformation.

· Proven ability to design and lead complex, cross-functional change programs using multiple engagement methods and communication channels.

· Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to communicate complex concepts with clarity and impact.

· Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with executives, peers, and stakeholders.

· Skilled in design thinking facilitation, connecting vision, strategy, and business outcomes.

· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify root causes and develop scalable, people-centric solutions.

· Experienced in multiple delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid) and adept at adjusting approaches accordingly.

· Proven track record of building and leading a high-performing team

Qualifications

· 12+ years of business management consulting or equivalent experience.

· 6+ years leading change management, communications, and/or training for large-scale, complex technology programs.

· 6+ years managing and developing high-performing Change professionals.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field; Master’s preferred.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); Smartsheet experience a plus.
