Description:

The Service Delivery Center (SDC) is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal and state clients. The SDC is a core component of the GPS practice.

In this role, you’ll be involved in project teams of all sizes, assessing or collecting client information, and reviewing supporting information for consistency with client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become technically proficient in applicable program procedures and requirements
  • Review documentation for completeness by following fundamental guidelines outlined in Program instructions and established procedures
  • Assist with fact finding and obtain needed documentation to resolve issues and exceptions
  • Commit to meticulous attention to detail and uphold strict adherence to all Program requirements
  • Execute proper documentation of review procedures and client communications per Program requirements
  • Provide written and verbal data analysis, outcome assessments, and procedural advice regarding client processes, administration and information
  • Develop increasing knowledge of sector-specific regulations and skills to support clients in adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Deliver status updates and effective feedback on best practices, challenges, and workstream insights
  • Contribute to driving operational efficiency
  • Execute and deliver on engagement-specific tasks as directed
  • Recognize and actively seek guidance from team leaders when faced with unfamiliar circumstances

To qualify for this role, resource must have the following:

What we offer you

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $37,200 to $76,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $44,600 to $86,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT security engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems, Claroty platforms, and security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, and NIST SP 800-82.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are preferred.
• Strong understanding of OT environments, including industrial control systems and network architectures.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies used in OT environments, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting, Law, Finance or Economics, Business, IT or other relevant disciplines.
  • Excellent command in both written & spoken English. High proficiency in Chinese and/or other language is preferable.
