Responsibilities:
- Collect monthly payroll data, do data analysis, perform gross to net payroll calculation, and prepare payroll reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
- Provide support in setting up Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) Schemes for clients and enrolment & termination of clients’ employees from the clients’ MPF Schemes in accordance with MPF Scheme rules and the clients’ policy.
- Prepare Employer’s annual returns and notifications in accordance with the relevant tax laws.
- Assist in on boarding new clients, system implementation and data migration.
- Provide support in administrative tasks, e.g. compliance procedures update, filing, printing, billing, etc.
- Ensure necessary payroll processes/procedure is always followed.
- Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products and responding to queries from clients and internal stakeholders on a timely manner.
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- University graduates with minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll outsourcing or HR/ C&B related work preferably from professional firms
- Understanding of payroll or other related finance activities
- Detail oriented with strong numeric skills and be capable to work independently in a fast pace operational environment
- Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office and MS Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Have a strong ability to do multiple tasks, work under pressure and to strict deadlines
