Description:

What you’ll do…

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 40 accounts throughout their lifecycle with Armis.
  • Build strong customer relationships by engaging early as the customer transitions from the PreSales phase to PostSales. Work with customer and Armis account teams to define success plans and strategy to meet customer’s objectives.
  • Guide the customer through the implementation phase, delivering use cases and acknowlege expected value.
  • Responsible for overall health and retention of the assigned customers, maximizing customer satisfaction (NPS scoring) and driving adoption and value for growth and Advocacy.
  • Reporting Risks and Wins internally to Armis account team and externally to account sponsors and executives.
  • Understand customer product concerns and feature requests in order to represent the appropriate priority and voice of the customer with the Armis product team
  • Establish regular cadence (Monthly, Quarterly, Digital) with each assigned customer, to provide guidance, review executive dashboards and open issues, and communicate program status.
  • Leverage Gainsight to track account activity, health score, risk, and other critical metrics.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Armis platform and future products.
  • Drive up utilization of the Armis platform and recommend additional features that can be leveraged to improve their security posture
  • Build trusted relationships with relevant, technical users and management stakeholders for assigned accounts
  • Ensure customer deployment and configuration align with business use cases. Validate that use cases are appropriately captured and delivered in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of 3rd Party solutions and integrations/interoperability with the Armis platform within the assigned customer environments
  • Providing technical subject matter expertise where applicable aligned to the expected proficiency

What we expect…

  • Fluent in English to support EMEA-based accounts and an additional languages (Hebrew, Italian, French, German or Spanish)
  • Possess exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years experience in a related function with direct customer facing , advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales,systems engineering, professional services or client management functions, ideally in Customer Success.
  • 2+ years experience working in Security and or Networking or hold a university degree in System Security
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
  • Solid project management and solution delivery experience, with demonstrated ability to drive projects from definition to final delivery.

A plus:

  • Experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager/TAM in a Cyber Security SaaS organization.
  • Previous experience in one or many verticals as Healthcare/automotive/Retail

Performance Reporting and Analytics (40%)

  • Work on adhoc reporting request for team
  • Send weekly reports to leaders on team performance
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards that track partner performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for increased revenue.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or other leadership presentations, providing insights into partner performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in SaaS companies, preferably working in partner operations, customer operations, sales operations

The role:

What you will do:


Marketplace Management & Optimization:
- Ensure we are fully engaged with AWS Marketplace and work towards being optimized on Google Cloud Marketplace. You will investigate and determine what we need to do about Crowdstrike, Sentinel One and Fortinet related listings.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Strategic Partnerships:
- Work with the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances & Partner Marketing to develop and execute strategies for marketplace engagement.

What you will do:


Administrative & Vendor Management:

  • Ensure the Senior Director, Partner Marketing is on top of key projects and activities (co-ordinate with them) and ensure the team is running optimally
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage invoices, contracts, and budget tracking engaging with our Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Ensure we deliver graphics, event materials, equipment and SWAG on time and on budget and that we are fulfilling our contractual obligations
  • Chase other team members and ensure they are fulfilling their projects and workloads
  • Own some projects assigned to you by the Senior Director and be accountable for their successful execution

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain and update a schedule / calendar of all the activities the team are engaged with
  • Report on project performance, resource allocation, and budget utilization to leadership
  • Track Return on Investment (ROI) from departmental activities
  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) spend process and follow up on MDF sponsored activities and the impact they have had


• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in an administration / project management role, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, SOWs, and RFPs in a professional environment.
