Your responsibilities will be to:
Work closely with Hiring Managers across Europe in all recruitment related activities and act as a Talent Acquisition Partner for their organization
Build and implement recruitment strategies that enables sourcing and attracting high caliber talents
Effectively utilize multiple sourcing channels including social recruiting
Manage candidates through the whole journey and deliver first-class experience at each touchpoint
Partner with local HR Teams and regional HRBPs in matters related to internal mobility, compensation & benefits, onboarding, etc.
Support trainings for the organization on selection, interviewing skills and best practices
Take part in global and regional employer branding initiatives
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
At least 2-3 years’ of recruitment and talent sourcing experience (agency, RPO or corporate side)
Experience of building recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines, including direct sourcing of talent
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Result driven and team oriented personality
Flexibility to travel within Europe if required
Would be advantageous:
French or German language skills
Experience with Workday
