Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers across Europe in all recruitment related activities and act as a Talent Acquisition Partner for their organization

  • Build and implement recruitment strategies that enables sourcing and attracting high caliber talents

  • Effectively utilize multiple sourcing channels including social recruiting

  • Manage candidates through the whole journey and deliver first-class experience at each touchpoint

  • Partner with local HR Teams and regional HRBPs in matters related to internal mobility, compensation & benefits, onboarding, etc.

  • Support trainings for the organization on selection, interviewing skills and best practices

  • Take part in global and regional employer branding initiatives

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • At least 2-3 years’ of recruitment and talent sourcing experience (agency, RPO or corporate side)

  • Experience of building recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines, including direct sourcing of talent

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach

  • Result driven and team oriented personality

  • Flexibility to travel within Europe if required

Would be advantageous:

  • French or German language skills

  • Experience with Workday
