Your responsibilities will be to:
Being in charge of communication with the customers, resulting with inputs for the planning of the production of finished goods (taking care of LTs, delivery schedules and its realization internally)
Accountable for ensuring overall customer satisfaction of: Delivery timelines, Communication Standards, and Responsiveness - as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs)
Preparing reports of customers open orders - focus must be on data accuracy and fast feedback to customer
Placing customer orders in the system
Taking care of the plant delivery performance towards the customers
Ensuring correct invoicing of the shipments
Responsible for stock level of the finished goods
Organisation and follow up on transportation of the finished goods and achieving customer satisfaction
Our requirements:
BSc or MSc degree in Technical or Commercial studies
Advanced level of English language proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of French, Italian and German language is highly appreciated
Relevant working experience of minimum 2 years in similar positions
Excellent understanding of customer needs
Sense for anticipation, with a good reporting skills and proactive orientation
Commitment to quality, efficiency and accuracy at all levels of the ordering process
Strong collaboration skills for effectively working with other departments, such as Sales, Quality, and Logistics, to ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, fostering a cohesive and customer-focused environment
