Leading and overseeing Technology Transfers at assigned Global Sites, ensuring adherence to established timelines and objectives. You must thoroughly assess all transfer-related risks in collaboration with the Technology Transfer (TT) team and West network experts and define appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing transfer documentation templates and training NetOp and site personnel.
Contributing to the overall success of the Technology Transfer team under the leadership of other designated managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage technology transfer projects globally in alignment with established timelines and objectives, with a moderate level of guidance and direction:
Handle low to mid-complexity Technology Transfer (TT) projects within a region.
Oversee low complexity TT projects that span multiple regions.
Administer each project comprehensively, covering all facets of the manufacturing process, including quality, items, customer engagement, capacity planning, product strategy, transportation, equipment, and regulatory considerations.
Collaborate with Global Quality Assurance Network Operations (QA NetOp) to determine the TT strategy and establish acceptance criteria.
Execute transfer projects while adhering to West's Project Management Best Practices.
Actively participate as a member of a TT core team in transfer projects managed by other Project Managers:
Responsible for compiling and obtaining approval for transfer documents.
Compile and analyze test results to ensure project success.
Provide training to less experienced NetOp personnel or site staff to enhance their capabilities.
Coordinate knowledge transfer activities between sending and receiving sites to ensure a seamless transition.
Propose continuous improvements and optimization of transfer processes and documentation templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile
Possession of a Master's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, pharmaceutical studies, or chemical studies.
Prior experience is preferred.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
