Your key responsibilities
· Source and attract top talent for all service lines, by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent
· Define and set the sourcing plans for specific service lines based on the open requisition received from the recruitment team
· Providing strategic input on talent pipeline building and augmenting the talent pool
· Responsible for closing all roles tagged to you
· Focus on external marketplace and provide external marketplace expertise/knowledge to the sourcing team
· Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements
· Identify and analyse the potential of new sourcing opportunities
· Manage the company’s image in the marketplace
· Contribute to building competitor intelligence

To qualify for the role, you must have
· Graduate or a post graduate qualification
· 7-9 years of total experience in recruitment
· Must have sourcing for leadership hiring for at least 2-3 years
· Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
· Proficient in MS Excel
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Experaince in developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
· Experaince in problem solving and produce solutions by collecting and analysing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches,
· Identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job
