Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice,
Support recruitment team in recruitment process including cv searching and screening,
Organizing the interviews with Service Lines and following recruitment flow,
Taking an active role in whole recruitment process,
Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer,
Contributing to preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects,
