In a support capacity, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via the web-based messaging system and providing the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels.
• Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our client’s business.
• Liaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality.
• Capable in technical documentation and creation of knowledge-based assets.
• Participating in internal projects that drive Support Automation and Partner Enablement.


What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• University students enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting related courses, with at least two years until graduation.
• Knowledge of Brazilian Tax System.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows).
• It is a plus: Knowledge of Relational Databases (E.g.: SQL Server, etc.), SQL language and database administration.
• Working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
• Continuous learner and faster adopter of new technology process
• Customer oriented, self-motivated, and pro-active working attitude.
• Good problem solving & analytical ability.
• Good customer focus & interpersonal skills.
• English (written & spoken). Spanish is an advantage.
