• Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
• Analyze and resolve reported cases by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.
• Root Cause Analysis of reported cases.
• Creation and maintenance of knowledge documentation.
• Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance.
• Report errors to Development.
• Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
• Queue screening and queue management - at least once a week from 4pm to 8pm or 5pm to 9 pm
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Undergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science, Production engineering or related areas.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing is a plus.
• Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
• Problem solving/analytical skills.
• Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment.
• Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage.
• Understanding of Relational Databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
• Skills in JAVA is desirable.
• Experience or eagerness to learn in an IT related area, e.g., consulting / support.
• Familiarity with Business Software (SAP or comparable solutions) and/or Business Processes is a plus.
• Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage but not mandatory.
