As a
Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:

  • Create a talent pipeline framework for the company’s current and future hiring needs
  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers at all levels
  • Write job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through online channels
  • Conduct interviews, salary offers, and meeting new employees on their first day for the onboarding process
  • Lead different initiatives in the department and work closely with internal and external interfaces –both global and local.
  • For that mission you’ll need:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a talent acquisition expert or similar role
  • Proven experience in technology recruitment as well as high-level non-tech positions (Director and above)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting including various interview techniques
  • BA in human resources management or other relevant fields
  • High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
