 Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave 6-8 months) 
 – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and extending offers.

 – Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices. 
 – Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen our external and internal brand presence. 
 – 2+ years of recruiting experience in the high-tech industry. 
 – Expertise in conducting behavioral interviews. 
 – Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 
 – Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
 – Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented. 
 – Excellent written and spoken English. 
 – Proven sourcing expertise and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
