As a, you will:
· Create a talent pipeline framework for the company’s current and future hiring needs
· Taking end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers at all levels
· Write job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through online channels
· Conduct interviews, salary offers, and meeting new employees on their first day for the onboarding process
· Lead different initiatives in the department and work closely with internal and external interfaces –both global and local.
For that mission you’ll need:
· 5+ years’ experience as a talent acquisition expert or similar role
· Proven experience in technology recruitment as well as high-level non-tech positions (Director and above)
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting including various interview techniques
· BA in human resources management or other relevant fields
· High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
